According to Wall Street Journal, Hewlett-Packard is closing negotiations to buy information technology services provider Electronic Data Systems. Expected sale price is to fall between $12 - $13 billion.
EDS stock prices were up 28% to close at 24.13. HPQ closed down 5%.
